Common questions.
How do you charge?
Freight is quoted per shipment based on weight, dimensions, and lane. Fulfillment is a monthly storage rate plus a per-order pick fee. You receive the rate in writing before anything moves, and the amount you approve is the amount you are billed.
Is there a minimum volume or contract?
No. We quote per shipment or month to month. Clients running consistent volume can request locked lane pricing, but nothing requires a long-term commitment.
How do I pay?
We invoice by email with a secure payment link. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number. Bank transfer is available for recurring accounts.
What happens if a shipment is delayed or damaged?
Your point of contact notifies you as soon as we are notified by the carrier, and we file and pursue the claim on your behalf. Proof of delivery and inbound count records are retained for every shipment so claims are backed by documentation.
Can you use our packaging and inserts?
Yes. Send us your boxes, tape, and inserts and we will pack to your spec. Packaging supplied by you is stored at no additional charge alongside your inventory.
How quickly can we start?
Once the quote is approved, inbound can usually be scheduled the same week. Larger programs that need dedicated space take longer to scope — we will tell you the realistic date, not the optimistic one.
